July 1, 2025 (9:00pm) We ate our dinner in this branch unfortunately the food was served more than 30 minutes late. Given that may naunang order samin which is 100 pcs pizza, should have been told us if willing to wait ba (stating approx time serve ng food) just so we have an idea if lipat nalang ng iba. We totally understand that during these time crucial ang status sa kitchen ngarag mga staff. What leads us to review here is when the staff assigned in the server/ cashier had sarcastically answered our follow up order. Btw we have ordered 1 pizza, chicken and pasta and they served it one at a time what’s more hilarious is when they served the chicken without a gravy when we followed up in the counter one of the staff told us, “dba sinabi namin to follow yung gravy (non-verbatim),” even though the gravy was ready to serve. In addition to that, we have been buying Angels Fried Chicken before pero hindi ganito pagkakaluto halatang minadali may sunog pa ibang balat at may dugo dugo. If you wanted to dine in here you have to wait for an hour for your food to be ready. I Ordered chicken on the day we dine in with friends, we followed up since 30mins past, then after 30mins comes to an hour of waiting for just a 1pc chicken meal. They literally rushed our order they didn't boiled the chicken after one slice BLOOD IS LITERALLY FLOWING ON OUR PLATES chicken was just cooked on the outside 💀💀💀. It can get really hectic in the kitchen during peak hours. Don't be shy to check on your order. The staff can be frustrating and there's lil coordination. The food is not that great for its price. We had a free pizza though so that's nice. The counter person didn't even informed us of the upgrade fee prior to punching it in. I digress.
