Since it opened, I have been there 4-5 times. I love dim sum and soup and some of the stir fried dishes. Unfortunately some items I have been craving for that are on the menu have not been available, ie, bean curd rolls, taro rolls, century egg wrapped with pork, for the last 4 times I went. I brought this concern to the manager Jo who was very professional. He came to apologize and made suggestions for alternative dishes. I also talked to the older Chinese manager who looked grumpy, never once said sorry and kept giving excuses. He said the supply was not in stock bla blabla. Why have them on menu if you can never pay offer them? Then he blamed on the chef for not trying to make it available 🙄 Either find a solution for consistently sourcing the ingredients or remove them from the menu. I am disappointed with how this manager handled an unhappy customer. Mr Jo should be the general manager in my opinion, with his professional mannerisms and pleasant attitude.
Regarding some of the dishes why do the stir fried dishes, like noodle, fried rice etc, have no wok huy? Authentic Chinese dishes you can always smell the wok smokiness. But not here. I still like the food here, but some dishes are a bit disappointing to me. By the way, I used to be a manager at PF Chang , I used to live in Hong Kong and I share my opinion base on my...

Read moreMy visit to Fortune Hong Kong Seafood was a unique dining experience. The customer service stood out as exceptional. The server took the time to show me their seafood aquarium, where you can personally pick your seafood before it’s cooked to your liking—a fun and interactive touch that added to the overall dining experience.
The fried rice and noodles were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. However, I was disappointed with the crab I ordered—it was completely tasteless. I ended up giving it away to a lovely family on the street, which, in hindsight, turned out to be a heartwarming moment.
One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more affordable option for lobster, as it might make this premium seafood more accessible to a wider range of customers.
Overall, the atmosphere and service were great, and while not all dishes were up to par, I’d still recommend trying this restaurant for the experience and the standout items like the fried rice...
