Jollibee - Balibago Angeles — Restaurant in Angeles

I will tell you my story about Jollibee balibago delivery. My order was a little late but that was ok. What was not ok was that the food was cold so I refused it.

The rider gave me the reciept. It turns out the he had taken my order to the wrong address and it had been paid for already.

The food did not look like what ordered as well. A different rider came back half an hour later. I thought he was going to deliver my food but no. He only wanted to get the reciept back and I closed the gate on him.

When I contacted Jollibee they did not address any of my concerns. The reviews on food panda show this happening a lot.

I will go to another Jollibee from now on and will check my order every time before paying the rider. Im lucky I refused the order because Jollibee customer service does...

Very disappointing experience.

My brother lined up for more than an hour starting around 9PM just to order, only to be told that he couldn't use my credit card—even though he had my valid ID and later returned with an authorization letter.

To make things worse, the staff named Faye misplaced the copy of his order, causing more delay. After all the hassle and back-and-forth, my brother got so frustrated he ended up not buying anything at all.

We understand there are policies, but the way it was handled was inefficient and inconsiderate. If there's a strict policy on card usage, it should be clearly posted or explained politely, not after a customer has already wasted time in line.

Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect...

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich but not available-not for sale in this branch. Ordered 2 pc chicken with rice meal and spaghetti instead. We asked for complete utensils like spoon n forks. We were just given 4 spoons 😞 Drink cup was dented, so 1/4 of drink spilt in the plastic bag.

Fastfood service in general has deteriorated for decades already because of poor monitoring from management. Usually, managers or supervisors are staying inside the office, so poor customer service never improves. 😞
