Western Fields Sports Bar — Restaurant in Angeles

The place is great to hangout with, there's a few problems, however. One is the fresh orange juice is way overpriced. They disguise the very small amount of juice by loading the glass with tons of ice, which just makes it watery and not really juice at all. Another problem is they will serve meals at different times, so one person got their meal 10 minutes before the next person. If you want to be polite and wait for everyone to get their meal, the first person will be eating cold food. We placed an order for eggs prepared over medium, but they were prepared sunny side up. I think the cooks only know how to prepare sunny side up or scrambled. It is an OK place, but maybe insist with the staff to do a good job with your order. Oh, the WiFi is...

I ordered a porterhouse steak. It's 450 pesos. In Australia this same amount would buy you an average, good streak. The steak i got here was so tough that i bent the fork trying to cut it. When I tried to send it back, the real drama began. Suddenly they didn't speak english anymore and when i asked for my money back... it was hopeless. I just had to leave, still hungry and no money left to buy something else. I will never eat here again. Actually, i used to love going here to drink beer and play billiards, but i'll not go there...

Awful place. Waited for over an hour and a half for a game of pool but the security guard who was managing the board with names kept changing it to favour his friends, namely lady boys. When I politely asked him a couple of times he was rude and would call me when it was my turn. He never called me so we paid the bill and left and then he said I could play next. A sad excuse for a human being he just found out the only place and time when he has power and it has gone to his empty head. No aircon. Old. Smelly and the toilets are gross....
