This hotel offers a very affordable rooms and yet elegant looking. The bed, shower room, and all other amenities are great and well organized. The room service is also fast and they have a bar and restaurant on the roof deck. There is also a pool and large comfy seats good for relaxing and enjoying the view. The foods are also delicious especially the Sisig, Pizza, and Carbonara. It is good for a cost.♡ The place is near the walking street in Balibago and is a bit hard to find. We had a hard time looking for the place (via Car) because the road that you must take to go there is not quite accessible because there is too much traffic like most of the people there are walking. The guards and other hotel staffs are also friendly and accommodating and will welcome you with a sweet smile. All the amenities are also working. And one of the good things is unlike the any other hotel websites, what you see in their website photos is also what you could expect. Thr view from the rooftop is beautiful in the morning and in night.

The driver was right on time when I arrived from the airport in Manila. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I was greeted and called by my name daily from the staff. There is plenty of room on the rooftop restaurant whether you want to embrace the music outside near the pool or the comfort of sitting indoors. I had a salad from the restaurant and ordered a pizza later as well. I find the food to be suitable for the price and the opportunity to order 24hrs a day is a plus. The spacing in the room was great and I would suggest a fragrance or the filter on the air conditioner unit to be changed. One thing I appreciated about the staff was after I checked out of the hotel I visited a friend in Floridablanca. The hotel booked my driver there and also booked my trip back to Manila. I enjoyed my stay and the price for the hotel was good for the amenities they have to offer.

Good location for nite life. Spacious room, clean. Limited basic toiletries but available for purchase. No coffee/tea bag. No buffet service at the resto, serving only ala carte. No gym! We experienced 2 separate issues: 1. Be aware with your wallet/cellphone when you walk around the neighborhood, especially with kids when asking for small money. They work in group to distract as pickpockets! Nobody cares even though they see it clearly. I would say the main target is a cellphone, especially Korean. 2. My colleague lost his money in his backpack in the room, 2x USD 100 on separate days. He kept USD 300 for safety purposes. It was very obvious if the money was gone. His money was in an envelope, inside an A4 plastic folder, inside the backpack. Response and action were quite slow from the hotel. Probably no solution in the end.

from the very beginning when emailing my booking & transport request it was quick & professional & on point. the ladies recognised immediately who I was and responded accordingly.||my specific room request were adhered to down to an ironing board & steam iron inclusive of additional towels and a chair to be placed in the shower and additional pillows.||the driver collecting me at the airport was on time as always.||it was AWESOME as plenty of the Pacific Breeze Hotel staff are now at Central Park Towers (CPT) and from the doorman, receptionist ( all of them on all shifts ), cleaning staff, restaurant staff & even the guy cleaning the pool greeted as if I was family returning home.||THIS, MADE MY STAY SO MUCH MORE REWARDING.||my room was spotless & the AC kicked in instantly.||a kettle in the room is a blessing and those reviewers requesting free coffee, slippers etc. should realise that traveling has changed and if you can afford to stay at CPT then you can afford to purchase your own instead of expecting all the above freely.||In my opinion and so soon after a relaxation of Covid rulings, Management has done an EXCELLENT JOB.||KUDO's to Management for maintaining almost all their previous staff and we are all aware of what the world has experienced in the last +2years.||In my honest opinion, an admirable feat.||My guest commented that the food was excellent & fresh & very well prepared with generous portions.||Restaurant personnel even remembered after 2years that I loved a fresh fruit platter in the morning.||Every meal was good & this spread over 8 days & nights.||The one time I made use of room service it was quick & the food was still hot.||The rooftop bar has excellent ventilation.||On two evenings I enjoyed the Live Music which was never too loud nor did they play "CLUB" music.||Thank you CPT for still providing RED HORSE BEER as many PHP establishments no longer provide.||There was a review some time back that mentioned the restaurant was frequested by "old, loud and old men showing off".||I encountered very friendly men of all Nationalities simply enjoying themselves with never a harsh word mentioned nor drunkeness. ||check-out was smooth without any negative issues and once again a friendly driver took me to...

This is perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The moment I arrived I found the front desk staff to be rude and condescending. They immediately came across as condescending. The room had little baby cockroaches running everywhere all night. I didn't see any big cockroaches but that will be soon. The tiny fridge is packed full of their overpriced mini bar with not enough room for 1 single drink of your own. Be careful opening the fridge door grabbing it from the top, the suction can tip the entire fridge forward and empty their 12+ beers onto the floor and smashing.

I asked for an extension in order to adjust to my flight. I was told it's fully booked. Again the front desk staff were rude and condescending. "Your checkout day is today".. tried to explain about a flight change. "It doesn't matter sir, you should of booked for longer then". And the bad attitude was endless..the "sir" in a condescending tone. This place absolutely sucks.

Edit: The owners response to my review and also looking at his response to other reviews is exactly what I'm talking about. That's exactly where the passive aggressive smarty pants attitude of the front desk staff comes from. Good hotels don't accuse their guests of "lack of planning". Circumstances can change while traveling. Also it's not just about the inability to extend the stay, it's how rude the staff were in that process. You're rude, and you're the owner; so it's no surprise...

We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed twice in June (2 x nights before going to Dumaguete for a week and 3 x nights upon returning to Angeles). Both times we chose an Executive Plus room. Hotel is in a central location, good for accessing nearby restaurants, bars and the famous walking street. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. All staff were friendly and helpful, so we give a special mention and thanks to front desk, housekeeping, doormen and some of the restaurant staff. The rooftop pool was very nice, with great views of Angeles. The chlorine may have been a bit strong on our first visit, as my Filipina developed a minor skin reaction on her face (below left eye). During our first visit the service in the restaurant for breakfast was great, but on our second visit I was very disappointed with the service at breakfast: after waiting for quite a while, we were told the waitress was busy, but it was after 10am and I’m quite sure we were the only customers. I got fed up with waiting, so I gave up on the restaurant and we went elsewhere for breakfast each morning. Although the service at the restaurant was lacking on our second visit, we would definitely stay here again and I recommend Central Park Tower Resort for couples and singles (you will be able to take a visitor to your room...
