Our recent dining experience at Gerry’s Grill Balibago was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for an enjoyable meal.

Let’s talk about the food — as always, Gerry’s Grill delivered the rich, flavorful dishes they’re known for. From the Pampano that came out hot and crispy, to the perfectly pusit and mouthwatering kare-kare, every dish was served fresh and with generous portions. It was the perfect mix of comfort and indulgence. The Ube Macapuno and leche flan for dessert were the cherry on top — a must-try!

But what truly made this visit stand out was the outstanding service from the whole team. They were attentive without being intrusive, quick to respond to requests, and incredibly organized. You could really tell they worked as a team — anticipating our needs even before we asked. Water refills, extra rice, and condiments were all handled with such efficiency and courtesy. Special mention to our assigned servers (Ms Lanie - Manager and Mr Robbie - Asst Manager) who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay.

In a time when good service is becoming rare, Gerry’s Grill Balibago reminded us how much it matters. Kudos to the entire staff and management for maintaining such high standards — you made our meal memorable not just for the food, but for how you made us feel like valued guests.

When I walked into the establishment, my first thought how refreshing, how calm and how cozy I’ve felt. The place looked and felt amazing. Continuing to my experience, these thoughts I was kindly greeted and guided to my table by an amazing, kind waiters. The overall members of this fine restaurant are spectacular and always reassures that your dining experience exceeds your expectations. This is a good restaurant that serves Filipino food. Nothing was bad, but also nothing was outstanding. Food, service, etc... was all what I would expect for the prices they are charging. I'm satisfied and would return.

If you were like me wondering why an average place would have so many 5 star reviews, I'll tell you why. The staff puts pressure on every guest to leave a review while you're still in the restaurant. They do it with every guest at the table too. When you tell them you'll review later, they smile and insist you do it now. Of course people feel pressured to leave 5 stars when they are basically standing over you demanding you do it....
