Lu Cia's Grill and Restaurant is a gem recently added to our local dining scene, and it promises to be a favorite for many. Stepping into the restaurant, we were immediately enveloped in a cozy Filipino ambiance. The warm, inviting decor, complete with traditional Filipino elements, made us feel right at home.
The menu is extensive and diverse, offering a wide array of Filipino dishes at very reasonable prices. Each dish we tried was a delightful blend of flavors, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines. It's rare to find such quality food at prices that won’t break the bank, making Lu Cia’s a fantastic option for both casual dinners and special occasions.
One of the highlights of our evening was the exceptional service provided by Coco, one of the waiters. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor significantly enhanced our dining experience. Coco anticipated our needs, made excellent recommendations, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
Adding to the evening’s charm was our conversation with the owner after dinner. The owner’s graciousness and humility were evident as they took the time to chat with us, sharing stories and making us feel like valued guests. This personal touch truly sets Lu Cia’s apart from other dining establishments.
In summary, Lu Cia's Grill and Restaurant offers a delightful blend of delicious, affordable food, a cozy atmosphere, and exceptional service. I am sure this will be one of the landmark restaurants here in Angeles City. It’s a place where you feel welcomed and appreciated, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful Filipino dining experience.

Read moreFor a Filipino restaurant in PAMPANGA, this was BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN INCORRECTLY COOK FILIPINO FOOD IN A FILIPINO RESTAURANT!! All of the seafood we ordered did not taste fresh, it was fishy and not seasoned well. Yung pinaka-simple na ihaw lang nila, it didn’t come to us na mainit and the pusit was barely cooked, ano yun last minute lang ba nilagay yung filling parang hindi luto e. Beef Salpicao was not Beef Salpicao??? It was more of a Chinese kind of style beef. No garlic at all. Good thing we didn’t order more, we thought it was cheap but when we saw the servings, it was too little for the price. Php 248 for tuna cheek, you’ll expect for a big chunk of the cheek, but it came to us as JUST ONE SMALL SKEWER. Honestly, you’re better off just eating at the known restaurants here in Pampanga than trying this one.

Then lastly, tried the arobong rabbit - and the taste of the adobo, the delicate blend between vinegar, soysauce, sugar, and pepper, was supergood.
It's been awhile since i've had quality Pinoy food and this was...
