Btw i’m OFW base in Singapore unfortunately I cannot spend my christmas in Philippines I want to surprise my kids for their “Noche Buena” kahit nasa malayo lugar man ako they can still feel my love for them. I decided to placed my order online at Max’s Restaurant around 2:31am same date to be pick up around 7pm at Max’s Balibago branch I forwarded to my wife the transaction receipt and the pick up details and order details. Pagdating doon kanina sa branch nyo my wife was there around 6:30pm to pick up the my order according dun sa manger on duty wala raw sila na received na endorsement. What kind of service do you provide?

Question: May problem ba IT system nyo? Kahit pinakita na un transaction receipt at pick up details at order details at ang reference number hindi parin ninyo macheck sa system nyo? Anong sense ng reference number? For fun lang!!! Anong silbi ng online order nyo?

Now anong kakainin ng mga Kids for noche buena? Max’s ruined my kid’s Christmas eve!!!!😡😡😡😡

Max is a participant in the BDO 50 off promo with a max discount of 2,000.00 Pesos. We came in two groups and two tables. We paid two separate bills. But this Manager was so unprofessional that he instructed the waiter that we cannot be together. But they accepted our payments. It is so embarrasing while we are eating and the waiter told us that we cannot be together. Bill was paid. What is the problem? Is the discount considered a loss to Max?
