McDonald's Angeles 1 — Restaurant in Angeles

I am glad that they reopened, but I was met by an unwelcoming crew... this branch in Angeles was even my favorite then. What happened? None of the usual greetings even if it doesn't sound really sincere, and they were just doing it for the sake of... doing it! The girl crew who took my order at the counter doesn't happy with her job. When she talks, her energy is way down the ground.

After my meal, I bussed my tray, as I always do. The two service crew who saw me walked from my table to the trash bin where they place the trays, did not even take the tray from me. Worst is, even the male Store Manager, (I assumed he is, because he was the one who swiped the cash register so they can process my discount), who also saw me with the tray just looked and walked past me. They all seemed to lack courtesy and I am obviously, a senior... Very disappointing! I have been a McDonalds customer from the 80s and I can tell that their customer service has gone really bad. I have quite a lot of bad...

I used to love it here but now I think it needs renovations. The aircons are not working. The bathroom stinks already, the smell of the sewege coming out in the bathroom. The foods they're not consistent anymore and they always forget to check the food they serve if it's complete especially for take outs. There are times I'm in a hurry to check the food. Often my ice coffee either is bland or no sugar at all. The staffs especially counter/cashier doesn't have the energy to greet customers while it's still early in the morning. They are times they look grumpy/tired already when talking to the customers. Hope they'll bring back the same service, neat pleasant ambiance (not referring to the noise because it's natural especially near school premises) and a great customer service. Also please put some signs telling customers to claygo. It's about time people remind them to have a good etiquette when dining even in a fast food chain (just my two cents opinion) but still love...

the store dining is hotter that ever house music is too loud fries is cold and doesn't taste fries -- starchy they let 1 register open even the ordering line is getting heavy.
