McDonald's Angeles Intersection — Restaurant in Angeles

Hi Goodevening from your good office. I am a regular customer of this store but this is my first time to experience this kind of service, it was rainy evening although the service was good and fast but at the end of this if I will not enjoy my order still its useless all those accomodation. I am working in hospitality industry as well and our goal is to give happiness to our guest until they get home. I know this is just a simple complain that you can fix or can manage either and I hope I am the last customer who will experience this kind of treatment. Taking care of the environment is good thats why most of the establishment are using paper bag but I hope you consider the weather and those who are not using cars like me, I order double cheese burger with medium fries upgraded my drinks and mcflurry orea and the guest attendant said that they dont have plastic bag only paper bag and I said okay although deep in my heart how can I take this home and as you can on the picture here, that what happened to my meal after a tiring day. I didn't complain right away coz I am hoping that they understand thats its raining and Im using a scooter only. Redeemed ShareTreats voucher via drive-thru. The cashier/crew insisted that ShareTreats can only be redeemed via the counter (takeout), but I insisted that drive-thru is permitted as per the written terms and condition of the voucher. Supervisor Christopher then approaches to reiterate that vouchers are only for takeout counter, I (iritated at this point) insisted that the voucher T&C states otherwise. They eventually gave in (but still disagreeing) to let me redeem via drive-thru which I did on many occassions in the past on other McDonald's branches. Since it was busy a give it 3 not 2 but annoying soon as you walk in there's 3 computer screens one wasn't working the other 2 having a que taking so long so I just went to the counter better they still served me Having good choice in menu I ordered mine waited for my number to come up on screen above the counter when it appeared 20 minutes later they lost my order adventurly they find it and they did apologize Food was ok warm not hot but still masarap There's large dinning having function room and kids play area Large parking area and drive thru even though there was road construction going on at the side of restaurant but still manage to get in not one of my favorites on my list I...
