Biboys Bulalo House - 13th Lacson St — Restaurant in Bacolod

Used to be Balay Gastronomica way back in 2018, now this house turned restaurant is called Biboy’s Bulalo House. Service is kinda slow but it was probably because there were a lot of guests that night. They also offer a private room for intimate gatherings or occasions. We tried their bulalo, boneless chicken, and spareribs (which was served late). It took them around 30 minutes to serve our food. Nevertheless, the owner gave us complimentary apples...

Please refrain from eating in this restaurant, a staff in the kitchen secretly told me that they serve re heat dishes from yesterday and the worst case was a chopsuey that was cooked on aug 1 and still served on aug 8, also the owner is gapanakit sa iya kitchen staff which was gin sipa sng owner ang kitchen staff due to a small mistake. Visited the "BULALO" house today for the first time and was shocked to discover no bulalo available...hmmm.
