On a corner at sunset in a residential area, and its just like an older home's outdoor patio with two mature trees through the roof. I turned off my bike and birdsong celebrated the evening.
I ordered regular back ribs w. spicy sauce which is sweet and spicy maybe 2.0 to 2.5 on the hot scale. Pretty good to this Chicago boy where BBQ ribs come by the slab before the apple pie.
More meat than USA spare ribs, about the same quality of meat but much less fat than USA country style ribs. Tender!

Read moreLast time there was the WORST. I ordered a dish and heard the server read it back ok, but then 30-45 min pass and no food yet. It was already sort of obvious that the server forgot to input the order to the kitchen, but when I asked what was the reason for the delay the server just replied "Wait lang. 5 more minutes." Then 10 more minutes pass and repeat the same question and answer. What is really FRUSTRATING here is that the server was NOT HONEST and just should have admitted that she FORGOT to put my order in. Instead, she just tried to COVER IT UP by saying "Wait lang. 5 more minutes." Not very good or ethical behavior...
