Jollibee CityMall Goldenfields — Restaurant in Bacolod

this is a long story, on March 8, in the afternoon, i told my father to buy a chicken joy bucket, he gone ahead while i gone to the bathroom, as i go to the food court to my father, the card that calls the customer rings and took the bucket of chicken.

i found that as we got home and eat my father was angry why the pies aren't there. we got to an argument why i didn't check for the pies are there, but i did not say to order it. just the bucket of chicken.

the question is why the server for the take out, just released the order without checking if the order was complete. i gone back to the branch and complained. why the order was incomplete. the person who was responsible gave me the missing pies and apologies.

but i was fuming why i got the blame. on why the server did not double check before releasing the order to us.

i love Jolibee since i was a kid. but this was the worst...

i ordered longanisa meal for breakfast ... after 10min. a crew came, telling me longanisa meal is not available ... so i asked what ia available ... hr said tapa and corned beef... so i said ok i'll have cornedbeef instead... after waiting for another 10 more minutes another crew came telling me that cornedbeef will take about 15min to cook pa!!!! the worst jollibee branch ever... before me a girl also ordered burger aloha..but after waiting for their burger aloha a crew came just to let her know that its not available... with that same crew who punched in my order... lipong lipong lang day.... before ka mag kwa order lihog lang confirm sa kitchen crew nyo kung available pa ang food nga gina pangita sang customer nyo... indi nga ma punch ka lang nga ma punch... my mistake wala ko nakuha ang name mo kag sang upod mo...

I always asked for ketchup everytime I buy tuna pie. Other branches are happy to give me some whenever I buy but this branch gives only ketchup for their fries. I felt insulted with the crew smiled when I said that I put ketchup on my tuna pie. Even your chicken joy I put ketchup instead of gravy. Most fried foods I put kethcup. Please orient yout crew that there a people who always eat with ketchup. And dont make your customer feel awkward, Just because I eat tuna pie with...
