We had high expectations coming here as we have read the reviews prior. However, our expectations were not met when we finally had the chance to try the food.
We ordered the following items on the menu:
Lumpia Shanghai - The filling was tasty but dry.
Dumpling - The same as lumpia, the filling was dry too but not as tasty.
Braised Superior Seafood - It was raining when we dine so I though I’d order some soup. I was wrong. It was like a seafood slurry. Not flavorful either.
Half Sizzling Fried Chicken W/ Garlic - This one was I guess the worst. The chicken was dry like other fried dishes we ordered. Served with a tastless white roux that didn’t even have a hint of garlic.
Sweet & Sour Pork - Needs to be fried for another minute or so. The sauce tasted like banana ketchup more than anything else.
Combination Fried Rice - This one was ok.
Calamansi Juice - The taste was very inconsistent. We ordered 4 glasses but each glass tasted different. Some were sour, others were too sweet.
It wasn’t worth it. None in any of the dishes we ordered was that remarkable. There are places that serve flavorful and authentic Chinese dishes in Bacolod an We won’t be...

These serve as a sort of entertainment and education for the kids and the...
