Jollibee Northdrive — Restaurant in Bacolod

Unfriendly crew. Been waiting in the line for so long. A lot of customers have completed their order already in the other line. Very unaccomodating! Our line is getting longer but the crews are just ignoring us. So, I asked the other crew incharge from the cashier if our line is open for taking orders and she said yes. Still, we were ignored after. Nobody asked or told us that "ma'am can you wait for a sec? coz we have bulk orders. Or would you like to transfer to the other line?" I know she was doing her job(the cashier incharge of our line).But, I have a job too. Every minute counts for me. I just took a quick break to buy my lunch. I could have changed my line if someone informed me/us that it's gonna take a while. I wouldn't have made a fuss like this. And the cashier in charge of my line is very grumpy in taking my order. we a big fan of chicken joy which we buy almost every other.. i usually want also buy tuna pie and/or peach pie to bring to.office for snacks and to share... but staff always asks if willing to wait 10-15 minutes... whats the point drive through but slow.. so skip the order and cross for apple pie.. not once was i able to get my drive through pies these 2 weeks ( i drive through 3x @ week) . i sometimes go to.mandalagan but northdrive is worse.. on a good note my appreciation to the crew esp the drive through , always smiling...

The best thing I liked in this branch of Jolibee is the sanitation of their comfort rooms. They're all maintained well and smells fresh most of the time. A big plus for me is that they have filled soap and sanitizer dispenser beside the faucet in each CR, which was the first time I saw something like it in fast food restaurants. The place is very spacious even at times that queues are long during lunch breaks and dinner time. No kiddie place on this place but I'm sure the kiddos will love the atmosphere in here with their parents....
