Busy restaurant, a lot of people waiting outside. menu is very simple. Spicy salmon was a very interesting roll, 5 stars there was a lot of thought into it's design, tastes great The poke salad was awful. The tuna was over cooked and overly salted, the lettuce was iceberg and old. Dressing seemed to have pieces of tuna in it too,I was very confused. The seaweed Inari was fun. I got takeout and it was packed well, I think most people will find something they like here but might also find something they don't ..

Our go-to Japanese resto in Bacolod. Very affordable and delicious ang food. If you want to eat here, be sure to go early since they always have a lot of customers. One time, we waited for an hour before we were given a seat. We didn’t complain though because we enjoyed their food. My personal fave is their Karaage in sticky soy sauce and Tonkatsu. We also loved their ramen! Edit: additional favorite: Aburi spicy crab, Gyudon, & chicken kamikaze 💗

Nezu but not so modern inside. The shoyu ramen broth was indeed rich and was enhanced by the negi oil. Regrettably, the tonkotsu was rather tough, and the meat had an unpleasant smell. The place has a modern Japanese restaurant vibe, but the smell inside was not pleasant, probably due to the toilet's cleanliness. The door lock on the toilet is broken, which is why some customers leave the door open after use.

Nesu Modern Japanese Restaurant is a great place to dine. The sushi and other Japanese dishes are all prepared with care and attention to detail, and they are presented beautifully.
