Shakey's Lacson Bacolod — Restaurant in Bacolod

It was not a good experience having to dine in this place. We entered the place at 8 PM and was yes provided seats and had our orders taken within minutes. But what dissapointed us was their service as I would describe would be SLOW and UNORGANIZED or NOT SYSTEMATIC. I mean we ordered for like 10 minutes after we arrived we had this deal meals that they were offering that comes with chicken, a pizza and a pitcher of iced tea with our added sides of soup. The iced tea came in first in like 20 minutes without the glasses and we even waited for our glasses that came in around for another 10 minutes. We were sitting there with only iced tea for 30 minutes. We were aleady complaining to the waiters/waitresses about our soup that should have arrived first since we were starving but they just seem to ignore our complaints. Then the soup came almost 40 minutes of our waiting and was freshly made (assuming they just made the ordered just now because we complained) and then the chicken followed after 50 minutes of waiting. We were halfway on all of our meals after the pizza was served after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting. Yes we finished our meals and yes we waited for an hour and 10 minutes in total for a slow and very dissapointing service. This complaint is entirely just on this specific branch since we have not been on any other shakey's branches. I'm sorry but I would not go back nor recommend this place to my friends. Went there bc had appointment for passport and wife was interested after, thought we'd try it. Service was friendly and place was clean, however after we ordered about 10 minutes, they informed us that the item that wife ordered was not available, then 10 minutes later they informed sister in law the item she ordered not available. So they had ordered food that was not traditional Filipino, but were given choices of traditional Filipino food.
