Tokyo Dining Ishin — Restaurant in Bacolod

We recently visited Tokyo Dining Ishin and enjoyed some delicious Japanese food. We ordered salmon sashimi, various sushi, and Japanese beef, and all of it was well-prepared and tasted fresh. We opted for a private room to have some privacy, and although there was a charge for it, it was consumable. The service provided was also nice, and we felt well taken care of during our meal.

However, we did notice that the lighting in the restaurant was too bright and glarey, which slightly detracted from the ambiance. We suggest that they work on improving the lighting to create a more relaxing atmosphere.

Absolutely Disappointed! This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I spent a whopping 1,000 PHP on a measly ramen and tonkotsu, only to receive a half-cup of broth and the rest of the food packed in styrofoam. The tonkotsu, priced at an exorbitant 400+ PHP, didn't even come with rice!

I explicitly asked for a call to confirm if rice was included, and when they did call, I requested to add rice to my order. They agreed, but when the food arrived, there was still no rice.

Tokyo tonkotsu ramen was delicious. The broth was not too thick or too bland, just the right amount of flavor. I like how thin the ramen noodles were compared to other ramen restaurants here in Bacolod. Meat wasn't that generous thought. Worth it for its price. Gyoza was great, very flavorful.
