Giligan's has always been my go-to place for crispy pork sisig, and I order this around once a month, specifically from this branch. But from my last 4 orders of this, 2 of them have been failures. The first failure was that the chicharon was hard (parang buto) and the second failure was that the chicharon was both hard AND BURNT. On top of that, I noticed that the sisig quantity is getting smaller and smaller (I always get the full/whole sisig order, the one without rice) and they don't include sili nor offer sinigang sabaw anymore.
