First ang daming langaw, empty foods wala sa trash bin. Staffs doesn't know how to communicate with the customer. Missing orders has reported but the staff insisted "wala po bang naibigay?" Mukha bang hihingin ng customer kung may binigay? Staff was advised as well na ang daming langaw, natawa pa ung staff. Do you think it's a joke? The mcdo app failed as well. Ordered food under deals tab, unfortunately the cashier or the manager trainee didn't accept it. Because it is for drive thru. I said it's not. I even show them how it was redeemed, and he insisted that NO, IT IS FOR DRIVE THRU. WITHOUT EXPLAINING HOW IT HAPPENED. It's clearly shows that I purchased it on deals not with drive thru tab, because on drive thru tab choices where different. Even the order that i made is not showing on drive thru tab.
Safety: safety is always the number 1 priority. Hopping on a chained staircase (closed area) is very dangerous. I saw four employees, 4, who did that. It's like a norm. They love dangerous act they don't like safety. And sadly to say they also dropped the cup of soft drinks for disposal on me. Very careless. Read moreIts weird because from the last time I had a drive thru on this store they already forgot my order. I was waiting 30mins inside the car and then so I went back to the cashier asking where is my order then what they just did is apologized. What they should do next time is not to push away those car until they got the order on the receiving window. Because what always happen is that they forgot to give the order to the exact car. And I notice the guard are so annoying because every time I went inside the restaurant he always approached me and tell me that dine-in are no longer allowed wherein there's still a lot of people inside that are waiting and eating. Ano ba naman yun 5 to 10 minutes na dine-in eh hindi pa naman magsasara yun store. Tapos mag drive thru ka nga tas pagiintayin ka naman ng 30minutes. Ano yun?? The Management should do something about it. They should respect the customers time as well. And they should also implement clay go and keep the chairs on it's proper position because sayang ang ganda ng store kung ang gulo gulo at makalat. I love McDonald's and I grew up with McDonald's so please be nice to me on my next visit so that I can give y'all a perfect score next time....
Read more1/16/24 around 8:40 A.M. we went through the drivethru and we bought pancakes and asked for an additional butter and syrup as the previous mcdonalds we bought from minutes ago forgot to put butter and syrup.
We told this to the crew and she just looked at us with an “i-can’t-care-any-less” attitude and said “was it from this store?” We said it wasn’t and she just looked at us again and said that we had to pay extra.
We didn’t mind paying extra, but it would be nice if Mcdonald’s trained their crew to be better at customer service, or at least have a decent attitude when facing customers.
We got sneered at and she sarcastically said something to her manager(?) or co-worker and we just let it slide.
My boyfriend even reminded her that we were going to avail butter AND syrup. But after all that, they still failed to include the extra butter.
This was the most unpleasant drive through experience we had. Does Mcdonald’s hire just anyone without the proper training to face customers?
I myself worked in customer service so I know how hard it is, but I also know that there is need for basic etiquette and manners when facing customers.
