Possibly the worst dining experience I have had in the Philippines, especially at a place that is so pricey. The food is okay but the service was actually shocking. Staff are not attentive at all. First of all, we waited over an hour for our food. The we ordered 3 main dishes in total. The two main dishes came but we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the rice. Apparently they ran out of rice. Why would you serve a main dish to a customer and let it get cold, when the rice doesn’t even exist? I got the 3rd dish before the rice came for the other people on my table. It’s absolutely ridiculous how this restaurant is managed and how they think it’s acceptable to have such long waiting times and that dishes are not all served at the same time. From my experience of dining around the world, and from working in restaurants, all orders should come out together and you shouldn’t let a customers food get cold if they’re waiting for another dish. if they cannot come out all at once, you must INFORM the customer.

Second of all, I gave a member of staff my card to pay for the food. I was waiting 5-10 minutes for my card back. That member of staff was walking around the restaurant and im thinking “when is he going to give me my card back?” So I walk up to the front and I see that my card has just been chucked to the side with the receipt for anyone to grab. They never told me I had to come up to grab my card so I waited at my table.

Experience would have been good if only the staff were good . I don’t recommend the fries or the carbonara. Rule of thumb, do not buy western food when in the Philippines as they will never...
