Bulalo, okay for me, but too salty for my guest. Lasagna, very oily. Waffles, very sweet, but this is common in this region. Shakes (strawberry, cappuccino, macchiato) should change what they put as "whipped cream". It was of low quality and almost solid. I would have done well with just the food, sans the shakes, which at 150 each (three people) put us beyond an expected bill of 1k. Next time, there, or elsewhere, might be drinking just water, but not shakes, overloaded with sugar. The two employees were very nice though and took good care for the food to look, at least, good. The place was nice and very clean. To summarize, invest in better oil, less greasy, less salt (or bouillon, etc.), and definitely less sugar, and better whipped cream. At a cost that is mind bogglingly low you get more than what you pay for! visit them now at mess hall butuan. It is absolutely the best I had reviewed so far this year.
