We seated ourselves when we got in (we also took the menus ourselves) and there was flies inside the restaurant and we had to ask for a candle at our table. After we placed our order, no one even bothered to give us a glass of water. It took about 30 minutes for the dim sum to arrive, and we were still waiting for the rest of our order well past an hour.
