Lydia's Lechon Marcos Highway - The Best Lechon in Manila — Restaurant in Cainta

Last night October 28 2023 at around 7:30 in the evening, nasa Marcos Hwy kami, and we decided to eat sa Lydia's Lechon (tapat ng Burger King). Okay naman po ang pag order namin, but this bust/server guy mukha nang badtrip dahil dumating kami (masama ang tingin na nakatitig sakin personally).

We dont know the closing hours but willing kami umalis if hindi na pwede mag dine, pero hindi kami aware na hanggang 8 PM lang pala.

Itong bust/server ay passive aggressive na dinabugan kami ng lapagan (the metal folding table). We thought accident lang.

But right after namin kumain (around 7:43) nilapitan niya agad ang plato namin at pinag kukuha ng padabog. Then tinanong agad kung itatake out ang natirang order, we said yes.

After dumating nung take out, inuubos ko nalang ang coke (madami pang tirang coke kasi ang bilis lang ng kain), then we while waiting I decided na mag order ng Bulaklak for take out (knowing na ibabalot lang siya at sa bahay ko iluluto). Pero si cashier insisted na need daw siya iluto for 5 mins kahit take out order na.

So we waited parin sa table at around 7:48 pm, and this same crew padabog dabog na pinidot ang ibang switch ng ilaw to turn off, at sinadyang hilain ang roll up on the window side beside where we sit ng malakas. Then pumasok ng store, naghubad ng uniform at nagsando, tumingin nanaman ng masama.

After ko mag CR, sumunod agad tong crew pag labas ko ng cr at nagbuhos agad ng sabon habang nakatingin sa akin ng masama.

Worst, nag salita pa siya sa cashier, "Hindi pa ba aalis yan?" Where the cashier replied, "May take out pa". Then nagtanong ulit siya ng pasigaw "Anong oras na ba?!" Cashier said "8:04 na".

This same crew padabog na pinagpag ang garbage plastic at tumingin ng masama sa amin. Pinabayaan lang namin siya all along. Hanggang sa pinakealaman niya na yung kitchen na bilisan ang order - turns out sunog sunod ang Chicharon Bulaklak na tinake out. (Na ang intention ko ay lutuin sa bahay)

Sadly enough, all these happens while the manager is present. I dont know if wala lang siyang pake sa ginagawa ng employee or normal lang yun sa paningin niya. But that was the most rude customer service I have been. Grabe.

Kung sinabi sana na we will not accept order, okay lang naman na lumipat kami out of numerous resto sa marcos hwy, pero they entertained us, kaya kami nagstay.

Good enough, may picture pala siya sa facebook post so i can send it here for identification. Hoping for the crew to be re-trained on ethical standards of customer service.

Willing to participate extra mile if needed just to let that crew be...

I ordered lechon in a box in lydias marcos highway. Their delivery fee is 550 coz the lechon in a box they say will still come from their chino roces outlet and ensure that it is freshly cooked. Considering the del cost, i decided to pick up the order instead in their marcos hiway outlet. However i was very dissapointed! The lechon is not fresh contrary to what they said. And accdg to the person who picked up the order, they got the lechon from their display and put it in the box...so it didnt came all the way...
