Bigby's Mississippi Mud Pie/Brownie with ice cream on this branch is almost not edible, like it tastes different from the SM Mabolo branch, they should ask for recipe on that branch how they made that dessert, we ordered 2 pajud HUHU sayang almost 500. Tapos very opposite sa ambiance sa SM City Cebu Mabolo, they asked us there if the food tastes good or not, asked us to rate, very opposite experience in SM Seaside City Cebu. Didto lami pa +5 stars jud amo g rate nila kay they deserved it, lami jud didto na branch.

High expectations ko sa Seaside branch unta kay layo2x pero 1st time kakaon ko na d jud diay same lasa tanan.

The ice cream used was strawberry not vanilla, caramel was watery HUHU and the choco cake tastes like ordinary bread like sa normal bakery. Tastes like calpol, medicine for kids.

Very disappointed ☹️ I thought they were as accomodating/ tastes like the SM Mabolo branch, we ate dessert there today this afternoon at around 1pm, tastes horrible, I didn't finish it. My companion ate everything of his cause he doesn't want to waste money. That's the only thing we ate, had diarrhea after. But it's okay cause wala man jud ng stomach cramps, tungod lang guro kay walay lami.

Walay niask if lami ba o d ang dessert, cause if they asked I will say wala juy lami pa offer pa nako ug kaon nila para to improve. Pero maluoy sad ko d ko mag ask refund cause I know bayad pa sa expenses. Hope you would take this as a constructive criticism.

I have a video and picture of what we ate pero wala option diri na e add sila idk why, 1st time ko mu rate ug ing ani 1st time sad ko mukaon sa mall na walay lami but this branch only.

Knowing that this is a restaurant, like owner, please save your restaurant, lami muluto ang sa SM City Cebu Mabolo branch, sa SM Seaside City Cebu wala jud lami promise. Usba...

We have been here thrice since the lockdown and definitely a good choice if you are looking for that American style comfort food with a Filipino twist.

The service has not been much affected aside only from their lack of the Hungarian sausage menu, which the crew revealed it is sourced from Cagayan De Oro City in Mindanao, which by the way, is where their main branch is situated.

Our staple choice there is their Chicken Flaps, crispy fried Chicken Wings coated with tangy sweet sauce. Our second best love is the Tapa Bai, it’s a rice hugger.

The Fried Chicken, were are not really a big fan of, maybe it was the way it was cooked during that time of visit of ours, the dip did do well with the chicken. It was crispy, but the meat inside is dull, tasteless and the breading is very cardboard-y, if you will. Not a big fan.

The Hungarian Sausage platter is our top choice, too bad it was not available in 2 out of our 3 visits during the lockdown. The Java rice pairs perfectly, the sausage itself is just mouth watering.

Love the place, accessible from the Mountain Wing entrance of Seaside and it’s just adjacent to the main atrium where activities usually are, so you get good view, but activities are basically zero these days.

Staff is attentive, place gets really crowded during weekends or peak hours. The music background though can improve a little bit, would wanted something soothing or more eclectic than some karaoke songs.

I love Bigbys, I just want the management to keep its brand and image, upscale, good food, comfort food....

Services good, however the club sandwich we received was way undercooked and the bread not toasted at all. So the entire sandwich, started falling apart. We also got a Caesar salad And the garlic bread was like eating a piece of white bread!! Perhaps the cook was having a problem seeing that day but if he wasn't I don't know how you wouldn't know to make sure that a club sandwich was toasted so it would stay together. Not that it tasted bad but I've just never had a club sandwich that was basically served on white bread. Maybe one of the managers that stand around the entire time we were there would watch their cooks and see that the customers are happy. Not one person asked us how our meal was. Very unexcusable for a restaurant that wants to make their...

I’ve been here before but i was really disappointed this time. It was my first time ordering this salad which had lettuce and chicken salad, mango and walnuts. Everything was alright except for the walnuts which had already turned bad. nuts, overtime releases oils especially when not refrigerated and goes bad. it had developed a bad aftertaste and i had to take them off from my plate. Other than that service is okay, and all other food i have tasted is great. i also work in the restaurant industry and sometimes i get the sentiments of restaurant not to throw bad ingredients especially in the philippines where walnuts are expensive but they should really have opted it out.

The wait for the food was really long. ETA 20-25min as informed by the staff after we ordered. But it took longer than that. The worst is that when the food came, it was cold. The beans were undercooked. The fish patty was cold, which was weird as the food just came. Even the cheese was cold. Nachos was also very disappointing. The problem could have been the cheese as well. Beef in the nachos was pathetically little. Salmon was hot though. Wifi is free but you had to ask for it. Staff seem like they looked very free. Even after my card was charged, it took a while to get my card back. Not sure why. Won’t come back again.
