Ok so, this allows you to order all u can eat. Starts at around 599 for pork and beef. So you sit down and they explain leftovers will be charged for. Makes sense. Order too much food, you should pay for the waste. On to the food, they bring your starting dishes, and your sides. My guests were 3 thin young ladies, my wife and her sisters. We cooked all the meat at the table, we never ordered any extra. At the end we had about 8 pieces of cooked pork that the girls all said no, Im full, there were a lot of sides. We never made any extra orders. So the waitress comes over and says for the wastage, its 300 php per person, or 24 usd. I explained this was our initial order, we didnt order additional. "No sir, its cooked". I said yea, its also ours. We can take it to go. No sir no to go, its wastage. I looked at her and said may I see your manager, and the manager also stated the same. I said if I go to burger king and eat half my burger do I pay wastage or is it my burger? She said you cooked it sir, and I said If I didnt cook it you would reuse it for another table? Yes sir. I said its mine, thats what I paid for. I didnt pay for any additional orders and I didnt order any. This was brought to our table. It was maybe 4 plates of meats, not much at all. So she said we will have the staff pay for it. I told her the policy is obviously a way to get more money from customers, and by charging your staff you agree it's all about money not service, and it's a con to just add a plate to a table and get paid 50 percent more. So, while the food was ok, I have had much better, the service was ok but I have had much better, and anyplace that reuses uncooked or cooked meat is unsanitary....
Read more500 pesos worth of unlimited korean cuisine and premium meat available for you to refill anytime, you can add 100 pesos if you want beef. Place was spacious and staff was very active with our requests. Japchae and kimchi were particularly delicious. It's a bit pricey maybe because of the meat they are serving but was satisfied with my overall dining experience. Aside from the unlimited menu or set, they also have meals available if you want one specific meal (ranging from 250-500pesos). Staff also disinfected the tables and since this is inside the mall, vaccination card was required.
Update (January 2023): Dining experience seem to be lacking since personally service was not smooth. Staff was inattentive and too absorbed whenever we called them, they can't hear or notice us calling out even if we were near the cash registry. When ordering or if we request something, they suddenly move out of their way to get it without repeating our order or not letting us finish our request so they tend to go back and forth until they forget some of what we ask for. At the end of our meal, we were one of the those who left before closing, we saw sa huge rat at their pipe line near the end table of the cash registry area (where their logo is located). I hope this gets...
Read moreSide dishes were ok and were about at the Korean standard. The beef short plate and Daepae Samgyeopsal (thin sliced pork) were just ok.
Now on to the service. It was horrible!!!! We were not served water, not greeted properly like others around us. The 2nd server was Gael (I forgot the name of the 1st one) I motioned several times to have ANY server come to our table to provide us with something (refill our drinks, additional food, etc.), and the staff turned and looked away. The dishes are mediocre at best for traditional Korean food. When we asked for the bill, I had to chase the server down to get her attention because again, she looked at me and turned away. Once the bill arrived, magically their credit card machine was not working and they only would accept cash. I would strongly think twice about coming to this restaurant as there are many others in Cebu with better food, better prices, and a staff that treats you...
