Cebu's Tasty Lechon — Restaurant in Cebu City

I rarely write reviews, but this one deserves it. I visited this small place last night because a friend recommended it. Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We waited almost 20 minutes just to be given a menu,even though there were only two other tables. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there especially one girl who was more focused on her phone than checking on customers.When our food finally came, it was cold, and one of the dishes was wrong. We told the server, and she just shrugged and said tht's what the kitchen gave me. No apology, no effort to fix it.

To make it worse, I saw one of the staff eating behind the counter while customers were still waiting. Very unhygienic and unprofessional. It felt like there was no management at all. This place has potential, but with workers like this, it's not going to last long. Management needs to wake up and train their staff properly or...

We had a bad customer experience here. Not once but twice. One of the employee was constantly staring a pevertly at my partner, by the same employee. Just as we were about to leave. I asked the cashier about the change 1/4kilo spicy(295php). She said she already gave it, obviously she didn’t. Though it’s just 5php, This practice shouldn’t not be tolerated, If she can do it to a costumer, How much more with the company. Also, when we were about to leave, The guy who was staring my partner keeps on staring still, So I gave him a smile and they all smiled.

This place has good food but the employees have no respect towards the customers my girlfriend has been treated uncomfortably by two of the male employees trying to hold her hand whilst making comments i came back there earlier to buy food with my girlfriend and i and yet one of the male employees came up to me and asked why i kept staring most implying he wants to fight this employee has to face...
