Everything is the best from guards, items display, and cleanliness except the moody cashier on duty today November 6, 2022 opening cashier at around 1:36 pm Sunday at Grocery Basement in Wine and Milk Separated section usually for 1-5 items only. I usually buy 2-3 items in a week and pay there. The line is first come late served that very moment..the cashier on duty wearing apple grean uniform neat and beautiful didnt even bother to correct it even though her male coworker mentioned it. There practice there as I experienced during weekdays is one line and those who are next in line near the second cashier will transfer to be served and maintain the order. Di jud tarong pila, bisan 6 costumers man lang kami, may gapila na sa may door, even though the line is at the back. They don't even bother to say pls itarung ta linya and not even thank you after gving your change after purchasing. They do silent treatment and just go on like nothing happens. I didn't experience this during weekdays. Everyone is always in a hurry I believe and I can fall in line even it is long but seeing those coming late in line being entertained first in payment is disgusting to anyone, some don't even complain I guess. Please train your cashier in customer service and maybe install some nearby cctv near them so they have some fear being maldita even on rest day...
Read morei was there with my friends just this morning (11:45am) (3/614) and we witnessed the most brutal thing ever ... okay so we reached the entrance in the mall and saw the guards harassing (and by harassing i mean pulling and pushing this person with their giant hands LIKE A PIG) this OLD LADY ... we heard that she stole something but for me i guess that isn't the right kind of way to treat an OLD LADY who stole something ... 1st she's in the middle of the mall she can't getaway knowing there are guards on the exits, 2nd she's old and for heaven's sake even if she were to run they can still catch her and 3rd i just don't like the way they carried her in "her hands and feet" after she passed out treating her LIKE A PIG (she's a person !!!!) we wanted to speak out but the crowd is just so huge we can't insert (the effin' crowd were just looking like a bunch of demons looking at their leader satan eating someone) ... when we were on our way out we were kinda hoping that the guards would fell and broke their wrist so they will suffer but i thought knowing that their job is a "menial JOB" (i guessed they suffered enough) GAGMAY lang jud ug mga utok ang mga guards didto (no wonder GUARDS RA MO TAMAN) not to insult all the security guards
if there is some way the manager or the owner could read this !!!!!!

Read moreIf you're searching for the most amazing place on Earth, forget about the Grand Canyon and the Pyramids of Giza — you need to get yourself to Metro in Cebu. This isn't just a store, it's a portal to another dimension!
We stumbled in, looking for eternal happiness (and a bathroom), and what did we find? Free alcohol! And not just any alcohol, but served with the smiles of the most beautiful Filipinos you can find on this archipelago. They laughed like every sip was bringing them closer to enlightenment. At one point, I thought I was in a movie, and that laughter was the soundtrack of life.
But wait, there’s more! Metro isn’t just a shopping place; it’s a living tourist attraction! If it weren’t for the lodge rooms and that massive, fragrant landfill that truly drives travelers wild with its exotic aroma, Metro would undoubtedly top Cebu’s must-visit list.
So, if you want to feel like a king surrounded by friendly Filipino beauties with a glass (or two) in hand, head straight to Metro! Fun and unforgettable...
