I have been a student at this institution from elementary to high school. Recently, I attempted to process my Form 137, unaware that it would take a considerable amount of time for its release. Unfortunately, the personnel in the basic education registrar's office failed to communicate any expectations regarding the processing timeline. I'm unsure whether they lack knowledge about the procedure or if there is a different motive, perhaps a desire for payment.
As a former student, I've never had any complaints until now. Obtaining documents has become akin to acquiring a valid government ID, a process notorious for its time-consuming nature. While I understand that certain procedures may require time, it is crucial that expectations are set accordingly. The primary issue lies in the fact that they only inform you about the release date during the final stages of the process.
The frustration intensifies when they state that the release of Form 137 will be on a Thursday, contradicting the information on the claim stub, which indicates the document should be ready for pickup today. As someone who values the efficiency of this institution, especially considering the large student population, I expect better communication and transparency throughout such processes.
Furthermore, it is disheartening that the personnel handling the Form 137 processing did not conduct a thorough check of the requirements on the day of submission for document retrieval. Now, they are requesting that I return to submit missing documents. It raises the question of why they did not double-check the completeness of the requirements in the first place. As a busy individual, it is possible that I may have overlooked something, but it is the responsibility of the staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the submitted materials. This situation leaves me wondering whether the staff members are indifferent to their duties or if there is a lack of attention to detail in their processes. I believe that a more diligent and proactive approach is essential to uphold the institution's standards and provide a better experience...
Read moreI don't recommend this school.
They only prioritize the high sections which is unfair! In every event in school, it's always the high sections who win. And after graduating, they didn't even give us our diplomas only the high sections! It's already been 3 months and we still haven't got our diplomas!
The teachers are not really good at teaching, and are not approachable. Some of the teachers give you low grades even tho you have high scores on your quizzes and exams and passed all of the projects and assignments. A lot of us didn't get in the highest honors during graduation even tho our average is 95 in both semesters, just because of one subject that gave us 85 in the first semester. When we complained about our grade he just said that he can't change it because he already passed the grades to the principal.
The staff are mean especially the registrar, some of the guards are nice tho but still most of them are mean. When you have some concerns or ask questions to the registrar the registrar just snobs at you and explains it...

Edit: Currently at my second year, and i am not doing good with a few interactions in this school. Hopefully they can change my mind the more i stay here.
Edit 2: September 2. I got stopped at the gate for not wearing my uniform (since they are out of stock for my XL++++ size). When i showed my receipt i was then told to go to SAO and ask for a gate pass and to stamp my receipt. Which i went around the school area just to enter the gate where the sao is located. to fall in line and wait only to be told that it was OKAY to pass any gate as long as i have the receipt. Mind you i am still unwell and not my cough caught up to me and i am sweaty. 😥 P.s i don't...
