I always come back to CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice – Ayala Center Cebu for their Passion Fruit Burst Tea at 50% sugar—it's refreshing, tangy, and packed with pearls, nata, and real passion fruit seeds. Super satisfying and tastes authentic!

Their milk teas are just okay—the milk tastes a bit watery, and the tea flavor is quite mild, so it may not hit the spot if you prefer strong, creamy blends.

Staff are mostly accommodating, but there are a few who could use more training. Expect long waiting times, especially during peak hours. One time, I even waited an hour because they mistakenly assumed my order was for online pickup.

Coco Fresh Tea and Juice in Ayala Business Park Cebu City.. It took you 20 minutes in line just to place your order, and another 20 to 25 minutes waiting for your order. The service is extremely slow. There’s only one cashier, and while I think there are enough staff assigned to make the drinks, they’re very slow because they keep laughing and chatting. This store offers the worst service to foreign travelers. If you don't want to experience the worst travel, don't visit here.

The waiters here laughed at us without giving customers enough explanation of the sweetness of the drink. And they laughed and mocked my name as if we were not in front of them. This is the worst beverage store in the Ayala Mall. Avoid tattooed employees in particular.

If I were the owner of this store, I would hire new employees or retrain...
