Ribshack SM Seaside Cebu — Restaurant in Cebu City

First congratulations on your opening three place i is jam packed but the service is fantastic.

I asked from they manager their contact number so I can add them to the listing here at Google maps and the manager was very kind too assist.

The place is actually spacious it is situation near the elevator so elderlies, children and those with special needs and abilities it will be accessible.

Upon entering we are greeted with their menu which is of course comprising of affordable menu. We chose the Kebab Special which is only 159 pesos and the Chicken Inasal for only 99 pesos yup take that Mang Inasal, LOL!

It is affordable!

Right now they only accept cash and for the drinks they actually have a variety of choices, Cucumber Lemonade, Iced Tea but their sodas are Pepsi only.

The Kebab is tender and delicious and boy did I mention it is unlimited rice.

The Chicken Inasal OMG is superb! Better than Chicken Deli or Mang Inasal.

The serving crew are polite, friendly and fast.

It is a kid friendly place.

There's a washing area but no restroom.

What I like about the place is that there is a spot where you can a good view of the sea since it is at the Seaside Wing 2nd floor of SM Seaside.

There is nothing I can complain about the place really I will surely come...

Poor management and slow service. I was about to have lunch with my batchmates and our clinical instructor. We are 13 in total, we wish to be seated but the longest table only seats 8 people, and we can't use the high table and stools because we have backpacks. The employees started leading us to where we can sit and added 3 more tables to already 3 tables to fit us all. Note, we were seated at the very back where the door to supply room, hand wash area and entrance to the kitchen is. As we were settling down, we were bombarded with remarks from the employees that we need to remove one table, but then there wouldn't be enough seats. Another employee which may have been a manager based on their different uniform were bothering us with reprimands that due to our table, their supplies/pushcart can't pass. When actually, it is in fact not our fault, we were only placed their. They managed us poorly and and treated us poorly. We just wanted to be seated together. We didn't mind where, so we listened and followed where they seated us and suddenly we were reprimanded? Also it did not help our experience that the cashiers were having issues and we're slow. I wouldn't eat at this branch again after this experience. Hope...

It's a place to go for unlimited rice. There's roasted chicken, pork and seafood. I think there's beef also. Food is affordable, simple but satisfying! Rice is not fluffy but the condiments help (Chicken oil, soy sauce).

The ribs we ordered were tender. Our chicken was a little burnt and dry but still okay. You can make additional orders of side dishes like kimchi and atsara.

Their location in SM Seaside is great! You can have a view of the Giant Cube and CCLEX from its glass windows.
