Jollibee Escario has always been one of my comfort go-to spots in the city, whether for a quick dinner or a late-night snack, it never fails to deliver the familiar joy that comes with every ChickenJoy bite.
I usually visit in the evening, and it’s a great time since the crowd is typically smaller and service feels smoother. The ordering process is modern and efficient with touchscreen self-order kiosks, making it easy to browse the full menu, including items you won’t usually spot on the counter board. It also allows for easy customization of your meals. I love how they’ve integrated both cashless (QR/Card) and cash payments for added convenience. Another plus is that even if you use the kiosk, you can still modify your order when you proceed to pay at the counter, which is great for indecisive moments!
One improvement I really appreciated in this branch is how they manage the release of orders. Before, a crew member would just shout the order numbers, which often led to missed or delayed pickups. But now, they’ve switched to a louder, automated announcement system, much better, more efficient, and clearer for everyone.
Of course, the food remains the star. ChickenJoy, as always, is top-tier. Consistently juicy, crispy, and flavorful. Just a heads-up if you’re going for the spicy variant: the heat is now infused into the chicken and batter itself, unlike the previous version that just had a spicy powder on the skin. Both versions are delicious, but the newer one packs more kick.
Their Burger Steak also deserves a mention. Easily one of the best-tasting rice meals you can get at this price point. The gravy is rich and comforting, and the meat patties are well-seasoned and tender.
The restaurant is brightly lit and air-conditioned well, making the dining experience comfortable. However, like many busy fast-food chains, cleanliness under tables and on the floors can sometimes be overlooked, especially during rush hours. That said, it's still within expectations for a high-traffic fast-food place.
Overall, Jollibee Escario is consistent, convenient, and comforting, three things you’d always want in a go-to food spot. Great food, reliable service, and steady...
Read moreAfter being disappointed by Zubuchon running out of lechon, we had to change our expectations of a "Pinoy" experience. So Jollibee. The menu was completely foreign to us, luckily however, Manager Christie was there to give an attentive hand, advising as to the "best of" the menu.
To foreigners, we need to sample the best seller (according to Christie), Chickenjoy. It's served as a meal with rice. To our tastebuds it was a touch on the salty side, until we noted that locals eat it WITH the rice, which then makes the seasoning perfect.
The Aloha Yumburger was next. Something about the Jollibee patties is special. This combo paired it with bacon and pineapple... But bear with me. It actually works, and is akin to Bondi Burgers back in Sydney.
The Jolly hotdog was sampled next. Ok, with a smoky frankfurter, bit Wendy's.beats this dish.
Finally we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Halo Halo dessert. It's uniquely Pinoy and this does a good facimilie of the street food equivalent, minus the extra dose of condensed milk.
Staff were efficient welcoming and attentive. Rare in a fast food chain, special thanks again...

I ordered at Jollibee- Escario Branch in Cebu City thru Food Panda. I ordered Double Rice Chicken Meal and an extra rice. Instead of receiving 3 rice in total, I only receive 2. I should have been refunded for the missing item. Remember, its 39 pesos and the agent I made a case with said that it could not be refunded. I paid correctly for the items I ordered. And now I receive an incomplete order yet I am not justly compensated for it? Hell No that I would just accept that resolution. They are like scamming people for money for what we paid for correctly. You paid for a complete order, they give you an incomplete one and when you open it up on them they just run and avoid it.
If its just a petty amount, I should just disregard it but Its already a big amount! Its 39 pesos. There's no way I would come out accepting that kind of resolution. I work to earn money to buy myself what I need. I dont work to just get scammed.
I have done my part paying for a complete order. Now they dont do theirs to compensate for their error in giving an...
