Shawarma Gourmet left me with a satisfying halal dining experience. Here's a breakdown of my time there:
Parking: There was a convenient parking slot available for a reasonable fee of 20 pesos, making it easy for me to access the restaurant.
Welcoming Staff: The staff at Shawarma Gourmet were welcoming and hospitable, adding a positive touch to the overall dining experience.
Halal Food: While there was no clear indication on the menu or premises that halal food is served, the staff verbally assured me that the food was halal. They mentioned that the owner hails from an Arab country, giving credibility to their claim.
Quantity and Quality: I was pleased to find that both the quantity and quality of the food were commendable. The portions were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. The taste and quality of the dishes were equally impressive, indicating a commitment to providing delicious halal cuisine.
Affordability: The cost of the food was reasonable and aligned well with the quality and quantity offered, making it a good value for the dining experience.
Overall Recommendation: My visit to Shawarma Gourmet was indeed a positive one, and I would recommend it to others seeking halal dining options. The welcoming staff, satisfying portions, and good quality of food contribute to a favorable impression.
Suggestion: While the experience was largely positive, it would be beneficial for the restaurant to clearly mention the halal nature of their offerings. This addition would provide potential customers with the assurance they need and enhance their overall dining experience.

Read moreI like the food in shawarma gourmet especially their wraps. What bothers me is that its been the second time staff made a mistake about my order. I just brushed off the 1st incident hopefully it wont happen again. But recently, i came back and ordered their Ramadan set. I specifically said the side to be Hummus but staff misheard that I ordered Baba ghanoush. I only noticed when I tasted since they look identical. I told the staff and I explained to her and apologized for the mistake. Then I asked if the Baba Ghanoush can be replaced to our original order which was Hummus but the staff said they can’t. I didn’t expect that would happen. Generally, restaurants are expected to replace a wrong order. Fast forward, while I was paying the bill, I noticed their photo of the Ramadan set has dates and coffee included. I asked if these are included. Then the staff said yes. Then I told them you didn’t complete our order. She then asked whats that small plate there on your table, I told them its from the Croutons. It sounded like it was my mistake. Anyway, they served the dates and coffee later after paying.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the food but how can we enjoy the food if there are inconvenience in even ordering and an...
