For a budget hotel, dont expect much.
Room, its small but accomodating.
Bathroom: there is a functional water heater (a must)
Location is excellent, its along the hi-way so transpo is easy.
Its not noisy so you definitely can rest.
A little suggestion:
Room slippers : its always a MUST (for me at least) to have complementary room slippers.
Toiletries: there is a complimentary soap and shampoo.
A suggestion: also include a complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush.
Since we're talking about, toiletries, lets talk about the bathroom: its ok, and clean but also consider soap dish and small tray for shampoos and soaps and other toiletries.
Bidet: please consider a functioning bidet, and if not, please also consider a "tabo". It wold be nice. As a filipino, a toilet paper when you do your "business" will not suffice.
Also; Consider having a small table inside the room if you can (note the phrase "if you can") not really essential, but it would be nice.
Water pressure: the water pressure on toilet is not that strong. It could improve.
It was nice that they let us borrow a electric kettle, it should also be included in all the rooms so the guest would not ask anymore.
Your outside patio is cozy, I like it.
Aircon: - you need to either upgrade it, clean the existing or fix...
Read moreThis hotel had it's good points and some problems. I liked the fact that we could go out of our rooms (while in quarantine) and walk around the courtyard. I also liked the comfortable beds with firm mattresses. I was very happy that the air-conditioning unit in our room worked well. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. What I didn't like is that the water flow was EXTREMELY low and even stopped completely for a time. You had to wash your hands before flushing the toilet if you wanted water to flow from the sink faucet. We found cockroaches in our room. One of them was huge! The television was not working, which wasn't a huge issue for me, as I don't watch much anyway. We had to stay for 7 days. During that time, no one came in to clean our room or change the sheets and towels. This may have been due to COVID restrictions. We had to ask for clean linens and change them ourselves. Not a huge deal, but that service is usually included at...
Read moreImagine a bungalow-type single-attached houses. Inside are beds, tables, lockers and the only room is the toilet/shower. The family room that we used contains an electric kettle, an ironing board and an electric iron. Yes, it's a homely feel for a price of a pension house. Add to that a mini convenience store right inside the front desk of the establishment - almost like taking a trip to the neighborhood sari-sari store, but a newspaper and tv set to entertain you instead of the usual chismosang tindera. No free breakfast here. And I advise against room sevice from their partner establishment because of my experience of having to call 3times after 1hour has passed since we submitted our orders. But not to worry, a wide selection of meals is just a minute's walk. You don't even need to cross the busy street - unless, of course, you...
