Starbucks Axis Entertainment Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Cebu City

I love Starbucks, but this branch kinda disappointed me. I was waiting in line and next to be served when the server at the register completely bypassed me and served the persons behind me. I do not know why the server ignored me, and I do not want to speculate, but the persons after me were dressed in corporate attire, while I was just dressed casually. The saving grace in this debacle was the fact that the persons served were gracious enough to let me order instead of them. But, and I cannot stress this enough, ALL THE TIME THIS WAS OCCURRING, THE SERVER NEVER EVER APOLOGIZED, NOR WAS SHE APOLOGETIC WITH THE WAY SHE TREATED ME. In fact, she continued to ignore me, and I was served by Lyka, the other server. I think Starbucks needs to train their staff more on customer service. I hope Starbucks will be more circumspect in the way they deal with...

I only gave 4 star rating for this branch, so that if we get a chance to experience other Starbucks branches I can make this shop as my standard in rating. I can't really give a like for the caramel macchiato (hot) that I ordered because I can't taste the caramel in it, don't know if they forgot to put some, I am not really familiar with the taste. For the java chip frappuccino it was good, and also for the everything bagel & their doughnut. For the ambience, just too crowded for me but it's understandable 'cause of it's name or just the standard design for a Starbucks coffee shop. I am horrified by the amount of useless plastic waste. People come in, spend a few hours in there and are automatically given a plastic cup even if they do not take out. The staff should ust automatically hand out washable mugs instead of being lazy to wash them. I can't believe no one cares about it. Such a big company, hundreds of people every day and so much waste for no reason. If you go there, do the planet a favour: ask for a real mug, your coffee will taste better too and maybe the staff will start to...
