I recently visited the Jollibee Mango branch located along Mango Avenue in Cebu City, and as always, it delivered that familiar and heartwarming Filipino fast food experience.
Ambiance: The branch is clean, well-lit, and quite spacious despite the usually high foot traffic. It's a popular location, so it can get a bit crowded during meal times, but the staff does a great job managing the flow of customers. The vibrant Jollibee branding instantly makes you feel at home.
Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous. Despite the long queue, the service was quick and organized. I appreciated how they maintained their composure and smiles even during the rush hour.
Food: I ordered the classic Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti, and it was as satisfying as ever—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The gravy was hot and flavorful. The spaghetti was sweet and cheesy, just the way Filipinos love it. I also tried their new drink option, and it paired well with the meal. Everything was served hot and fresh.
Cleanliness: Tables were cleared efficiently, and the floors were clean. The restrooms were well-maintained, which is always a plus for any fast food place.
Overall Experience: Jollibee Mango remains a go-to for both locals and tourists looking for a taste of classic Filipino fast food. It's reliable, consistent, and always brings a sense of joy and nostalgia. Whether you're dining in or taking out, it’s a spot...
Read moreGood Many people wants to eat in the Jollibee because the food is very delicious and the amount of the food is not expensive. As I observe their employees is well-groomed,the place is clean and the food is presentable. And I think Jollibee is one of the best fast food restaurant in the Philippines. We'd heard a lot of good things about Jollibee and we like trying new things and strong flavours, but this was a little over the top. The fried chicken can be ordered regular or spicy -- and the spicy is VERY spicy! We like hot food, but this was almost painful to eat. It was served with enormous amounts of gravy and we did discover that dipping the chicken in the gravy brought the heat level down a bit. Maybe that's what you are supposed to do. We were hoping there would be more actual Filipino dishes on the menu, but this is fast food, Filipino-style, so the focus is on fried chicken and burgers. We ordered something called Palabok, which is those tiny noodles with a pork/shrimp combination on top. Again, we like seafood and strong flavours, but found this to be incredibly fishy. Glad we tried it because it's kind of a hoot, but we won't be in a hurry to go back. Maybe we just...
Read moreWe went there just this morning and waited for 15 minutes, not that long though. By 5:55 AM someone approached the Security and asked if they are open, the Security let him enter the premisses and order, so I asked the security a minute after the customer enters if they are already open, so the Security said they will be open by 6:00 AM. So by 6:05, I approached the security again and asked if it’s okay to enter, but he said, no not yet, we are not open yet. So I was like, I thought by 6:00 you will be open. But we just left. I mean it’s okay to wait if they set proper expectation and the fact that they let a customer enters the premisses before 6:00 AM is such a big insult to us. Please set proper expectation next time. I love Jollibee but I don’t like the way you...
