Today @ 12:31 with Michael as a server.
I would just like to say that this restaurant may have a good ambience outside but definitely by how the staff accommodates is not just it. I don't know if it’s because how simple we dressed that we were being treated this way. We pay for what we ordered.
In the first place , we did asked on how many minutes should we be expecting in waiting just before we order to have an estimate since we were only there to have snacks while waiting for my sister’s graduation to finish. We were told for 20-30 minutes and proceeded to gave our order. When we thought that the orders will be served they told us that the french vanilla is not available then we opted to choose another. Another minutes to wait. I have no problem in waiting but when the ceremony ended , my family went to us because we haven’t received our orders yet we cannot go yet. I told that Michael if we may had another table to accommodate us all but he just told us na , “huot na raba mam , gaingon unta ka na daghan diay mo”. Sir, we wont be daghan if only you were true to your words , we constantly follow up and your other staff doesn’t even know what they’re doing or should be doing. I was the one who even suggested nalang na can we use the other table. The orders did came and still its lacking , my god.
There’s too many staff and yet you were just there standing while we were standing like a bunch of downgraded people. Im very sorry that our order is just a pizza and some fruit shakes , if only we knew that you will accommodate us more kindly by ordering more , we could’ve done that if that’s your basis for your service just like the...

We waited more than 20 minutes, and when we followed up on our orders, the way they responded to our concerns was unacceptable. One staff member even said, “Sorry ma’am, na-busy ko, nakalimot ko sa order,” and another said, “Hala ma’am, wala na raba mi French Vanilla,” and only informed us of this after we had already waited more than 20 minutes!
It honestly felt degrading. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced such treatment. How can you tell a customer, “Ma’am, kuha lang sa gawas og bangko,” or “Wala man mo ga-ingon ahead na naa pay mo-abot”?
We waited for so long, and we were supposed to leave earlier because of prior commitments. This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I would never dine at this place again. If I could, I would give this a...
