MyJoy - SM Seaside Cebu — Restaurant in Cebu City

One of the most disappointing meals I've had in my life. Ordered some Palabok and we felt puking smelling it. Gave it a taste (to be fair) and it was equally disgusting. Had to spit it out and return the plate. Their chicken didn't taste good and was very small (like the ones you get for P15 in the street pungko2). The pork was tough but the gravy saved it. The salad, miserable. Also, the staff insisted that the Palabok was alright but they refuse to even taste it. The smell of that Palabok is like milk curdled in a babies' stomach and served in wet diapers (and I'm not exaggerating). They offered us a refund for the Palabok though. Lastly, I've had MyJoy years back. It wasn't like this. Hope health inspectors pay them a visit so their food chain...

I so glad to learn that finally MyJoy has opened here at SM SEASIDE. They are one of my favorite alternatives to the usual fastfood. It's affordable, cozy, and yes they have healthy options too such as fresh garden salad. Tonight we went Fort my comfort food which is their Mango Pandan with Vanilla Icecream.

One thing though, I think they just need to improve their restroom as it is not that well maintained.

Overall it's always a positive...

Waiting time 1 hour and the way they prepare their salad they do it with their bare hands! They don't wear gloves I just saw the lady who prepared the salad serves some food in the other table. I didn't get to eat my salad bcs of that. And the meat they served me along with my salad was raw! And I had to go back and fourth to the counter for any updates about our food. I hope this establishment...
