Pizza Hut SM Cebu — Restaurant in Cebu City

Catastrophic restaurant with a very bad and rude service. We ordered food from the menu. First of all, the waitress was only addressing herself to my friend and ignoring me, most likely because my friend is Filipina and I’m not so she wasn’t comfortable to talk to me. In any case, this is not an excuse and this attitude is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I mentioned it to the waitress who tried to correct it. While we were ordering food, the waitress told us there were 2 sizes for the French fries : large and small. She told us the large portion is good for 2 and small is good for one. Since I was hungry I had the large size and my friend took the smaller size but when they brought it to the table there was basically no difference between the large and small size. Both had exactly the same amount of fries. That was shocking so I inquired to the waitress who told me that the difference is that I have 2 different dips but we noticed that the small size also had exactly the same. So they were charging me the large size to get the exact same portion as the small size. Quite incredible! So I complained. The waitress being annoyed told me to refer to the manager of the restaurant which I immediately did. The manager apologized and offered to give me an extra portion of fries which I accepted. A very bad and abusive experience in this restaurant with a rude and unprofessional attitude from the staff who clearly are not trained properly. Won’t recommend it. Avoid...

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with proper customer service despite the situation within the restaurant like in terms of busy-ness and all that, the waitresses here are very rude. They do not cater or answer properly to price and size queries. Cleaners did not clean our table sanitizely and even had the audacity to slam the plates and utencils in front of us. No smiles given here today, 12.17.2023. I hope you do something about your staff's services. Otherwise close your franchise or train your employees well. You are in the customer service line of work, is that too hard? We were honestly kind when speaking to them and very considerate because of the busy situation but to be answered in such utter disrespect. We didn' t deserve that. Special name drop to our waitress Mauie, smile next time, frowning uses up a lot more muscles than smiling and miss, please simply do your job well, since you're being paid to do so. If there were other restaurants available to eat at, we wouldn't ever choose...

Aircon don't work or they don't adjust so you are in the mall in pizza hut and you are sweating during eating! This is a no go They had no softdrinks only self made juice with possibly powder you could order CR was closed On the most tables on the right side where the glass wall is, was reserved but nobody came

I never saw a pizza hut with in so bad conditions
