I would like to lodge a complain regarding how your staffs handles the customers lining out front. The situation happened today, May 11, 2023 at around 3pm.
I was lining for cashier number 1 waiting for my turn when suddenly, a staff named Rha opened cashier number 2 and called out “next please” when suddenly the person behind me rushed to the cashier and she just proceeded to do the transaction with them. So what’s the point of having a queue when you will just prioritize those who went first instead of looking at who is the next person next in line?
I asked the cashier that served me who the name of the cashier was when she just answered “ay senior man na namo ma’am”. And so? I answered back “wala ko’y pake in in which she answered back the name. Dapat yung senior staffs niyo mas maalam about the first come, first serve basis. Retail is a very hard job considering na the pay is not at par with the efforts of the employee but need talaga yung staff na respectful and knows the basic dining etiquette.
Considering that you are a restaurant, you should be mindful that most customers that goes to your resto are hungry and are sensitive with little things line this.
I keep coming back to ribshack because it makes me feels like home but little things like this makes me choose other local bacolod chains.

Read moreI was pleasantly surprised to discover this place at the lower level of SM Cebu. I included photos of their menu together with this review. Their bestsellers come with unlimited rice! Service is really fast. I ordered backribs and spareribs and it was served in less than 10 minutes. The backribs at P179 is very reasonably priced. It was juicy, tender and tastes really good. The spareribs is also delicious. It's P99! which is less than $2 dollars. They also have chicken served Mang Inasal style. They also have grilled blue marlin and boneless bangus--prices for these varies. I agree with one of the reviews--Mang Inasal should watch out! This resto originated from Bacolod and expanding rapidly in the Visayas region! I wouldn't be surprised if I'll see them soon in Manila or if Jollibee will try to buy them out like they did with Mang Inasal. P.S. staff are well-trained. Keep up...
