The staff are way too nice and very polite! I stayed here for 9days. But my concern here is no fridge inside the room, no floor mat you just have to ask to the receptionist for it, they don't have blowers also. They don't have bottled water. You just have to go down on the ground flr to take water. And the hotel checkout must be 12:00nn and it shouldn't be extended compared to other hotels! They will extend you like for up until 2-3pm! But in this hotel NO! ₱150 per hour! Also my concern was their aircon way too noisy!!! Really NOISY!!!😭 I can't even sleep in 2-3days stay in the room! Window type😭 Also there's no Mugs for coffee inside the room! There is no plates, glass, spoon, fork, spoon! You will buy their disposable cups, spoon and fork! And there is no ELECTRIC HEAT KETTLE😭 What I've experience in this is quiet BAD! I didn't expect that everything inside the hotel is almost nothing!😭 My concern also from this hotel! You just have to ask the hotel staff to clean the room because they don't have any MAKE-UP ROOM/DO NOT DISTURB HOTEL sign TAGS! Im frustrated of what I've experienced😭 You must leave the key card to and ask the receptionist to clean the room 😭! I feel like it's not really hotel vibes! What's good in here is only the receptionist and staffs! I hope this hotel will improve...
Read moreThe room was good for its price given that it's close to the big shopping malls and it's very accessible when it comes to the transportation service of the tours we booked. -1 ⭐️ because of the guy at the front desk when we checked in late and at night. I guess that's his shift schedule. Not so friendly and doesn't even greet us. My companion greeted him once when we arrived from a tour and he didn't even respond! -1 ⭐️ for the bathroom. It's great that it has both a shower and a tub but it's not the cleanest we've seen and there's a funky smell that doesn't really go away. Plus the shower curtain should be changed whenever there's a new guest since it looks like it should only be used once. It's a clear plastic type of shower curtain so if you use it for too long, it doesn't look...
Read moreThe public commute going to the hotel is not that convenient, so we opted to grab or via taxi. SM City and Ayala are really near you can pay less than 100 pesos. The room is huge, clean, and pretty to be honest. It is worth the price. The bathtub was a plus, commonly, hotels with bathtubs can cost you more than 2k but here you can have the experience for a lesser price. Check-in and check-out are smooth. If you are going to do an early check-in it would be 150 per hour. Forgot to take a photo of the room because of how tired we are from our trip but the room is really worth the price! Breakfast is okay, just a common breakfast meal with free coffee. Egg is perfectly cooked. One downside is the absence of an elevator however the quality of the room can...
