Cafe Feliz — Restaurant in Dagupan

Very bad service from a botched grab order. This is the worst experience to date from a restaurant when ordering through grab. This restaurant has no proactiveness and customer service in dealing with these instances. I had to repeatedly call back and ask for updates regarding the resolution of our wrong orders. I also had to personally coordinate with the grab rider regarding this order for the matter to move forward. We placed the order through grab at 5:49 pm and waited for almost 3 hrs (8:27 pm) for the correct order to arrive. Hope the staff can be retrained regarding customer service and proactiveness to prevent this instance from happening...

The crew is unwelcoming when we've arrived. We were trying to get more information about the dishes but it felt like the host doesn't want to engage with us. The place wasn't busy and only 1 other table is occupied.
