ETC Restobar — Restaurant in Dagupan

Chill place. This bar is a little small but i guess it's perfect for catch ups with friends with a bit of beer at the side. Hehe been here twice so far and would definitely go back. The owner is super accommodating. She humbly asked ask if we're okay to stay oustide the bar as it was full inside which we were okay with. After a few hours, we got the chancr go go inside. They have live band. Ambiance there's nice, you wouldn't see drunkards there hehehe. Although i got super drunk the second time we visited the place hahahahah we had green hulk, beers, alfonso and tequila shots after. Hahahah shuta lasing talaga ako non. Kakahiya. But the staffs are the nicest HAHAHAHAHA The washroom's located outsidd the bar which is okay. Also, if u gey drunk, i think what's convenient is that u can get coffee downstairs as there's 711 there...
