The best din ang place sa mga office work or for studying. The best recommendation for a place to stay and tambayan. There are many food that you can choose and also drinks that can satisfy your thirst. Barok offers a great services also, from dining staffs, approachable cashiers and lami magluto na kitchen staffs. The ambiance was good, not just 10/10 but 1000/10. Dining in Barok will be the best that you can have. You can also avail on their internet access with great and best connection for your work and classes(like maghimog project and assignments).There are many best seller food that you can select. NOT RECOMMENDED for the service and WiFi policy.

After spending a month in the Philippines, this is the first café I’ve encountered that offers WiFi access limited to one device for only two hours.

The staff failed to inform me about the ONE-DEVICE RESTRICTION when providing the WiFi password, and the login page did NOT MENTION this limitation either. I only discovered the issue when I tried to transfer the connection from my phone to my laptop. When I approached the reception to clarify, I was told I’d need to purchase another drink to get a new WiFi code. Seriously? I was still on my second sip of my coffee, and you expect me to buy another cup just to use WiFi on a second device?

This policy is INCONSIDERATE and poorly communicated. What’s worse, there wasn’t even an apology for the mishandled situation. I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer care.

Side note: The music in the café is way too loud for any meaningful conversation or even a moment of concentration to enjoy the coffee.

I had a wonderful experience at Barok Cafe & Resto. The food is impressive, especially considering the reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed the pasta, chicken wings, and fries—each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Their coffee and pastries are also noteworthy, making it a great spot for both full meals and light snacks.

What made this place even more special is that I celebrated my son’s 9th birthday here, upon his personal request. He really loves the food, especially the flavored wings and fries, which are perfect for kids and definitely a hit with him. It made the celebration more meaningful, knowing he truly enjoys dining here.

The restaurant is clean and cozy, with a comfortable ambiance that’s perfect for casual dining or special occasions. And the fact that Barok Cafe & Resto operates 24 hours is a rare find in Davao City—such a convenient option when looking for good food any time of day.
