Overall my stay at this hotel was a very good experience. They assist their customers and go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and assist you by suggesting nearby shops you can go for your needs. They helped me out by suggesting nearby laundry shops, print shops, and when sometimes i would bring soup from takeout and they lend a bow so that I could eat my soup, which is pretty nice. Also the chef at the hotel, cooks good meals, I was surprised by the flavors. When I would try something new, I would try to stick to it because it was good. Picking which meals to eat depended on the day and each meal is flavorful. Also the hotel attendants are willing to learn multiple languages which is a good thing for communication, they assisted me with learning some Tagalog as I am new to learning the language. Since I do speak 5 languages I do also assist on some words, which is pretty nice, it improves communication. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, I always saw the hotel clean, and it gets mopped possibly everyday to give it that sparkly clean look. Also they do supply you with 2 towels and a bad soup which is good. The room is spacious, as I am traveling alone in Philippines I didn't have a problem with the space of the room. I didn’t like everything. The floor was dirty. I quickly noticed it upon entering the room so I called the front desk but was told floors in all rooms are the same. Second, I don’t mind if the TV only has free channels, problem was you can barely see the program because of poor tv signal. Lastly, the service was horrible. One time I asked if I can refill my water bottle from their water refilling station. The staff instead took my water container, she went somewhere inside their kitchen, that area was already out of my sight so I’m not sure where she filled the bottle from. Come my bottle was given back, it was half full and the worst part was the water had a foul taste, almost impossible to drink it.

I rarely post my feedback regarding accommodation experience of my travels. But to some extent, I think I need to post this as a heads-up for future travelers. Everything was bad. I will never reconsider booking to this...

We always book our stays here, but we were kind of disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability of the front desk recently. There should be proper documentation of transactions to avoid misleading communication. We reserved for 24 hours, but they booked us only for 12 hours. Hopefully next time, this system would change and they should stick to the booking...
