MANAGEMENT: slow cash register with no regards to their other customers; common decency would've been appreciated, but not a single excuse was heard. Should've just not renovated if they only want the other cash register for decorations.
FOOD: missing menu as if not regularly checked. On some days, they seem to be stocked with every single menu. But on other days, it seems there have had managed poorly with inventory of their stocks.
At least food tastes decent. Along with any other Jollibee establishment, they garner a well-rounded set of taste for everyone's palate which is quite redeemable to age bracket ranging from kids to elderly.
SERVICE: despite poor management, they might as well be applauded for their swift service. Although not that quick, food is queued and served faster than normal. Their news-breaking buzzers don't work as I hope they claimed in social media would be of costly nature. It doesn't work, thus, I assume they resort to the traditional way of announcing people's food is served.
Other than good food service, their tables are less sanitary than they are supposed to be. With quick in and out of customers, they should've managed a team of bussing tables in busy days.
ENVIRONMENT: no designated area for queueing in line, ordering food, and waiting for food for take-outs. Not designed for people with cars for drive-thru and – if dining – for eating in as there are no parking lots. No blinds for windows on sunny days. Function area is not conducive for birthdays, only for days when people are bustling and...
Read moreI'm happy that Jollibee didn't choose to apply the customers-inputting-orders-on-touch-screen-displays method in processing orders from customers. Although such method seems more advanced, still the traditional customer to staff interaction is more convenient to everyone. Sure, not every dining customer knows how to order the techy way, right? I wish Jollibee sticks to their usual methods as it encourages a wide variety of customers to stick with them. I had always been a fan of their main competitor, but, ever since they applied that touch screen thing, I avoided going there as much as possible (even though I'm a really computer-loving person). Then, here comes Jollibee... Yes, the food is great. As expected, the Fried Chicken is their most awesome meal. The burger is fine, though a bit gassy, but, still, delicious. The staffs are really, really attentive - 5 stars to them. But, since Jollibee is mostly full almost all of the time (because they're closer to a lot of people with their traditional methods), expect that the place might be a little overcrowded. Sometimes, I'd have to adjust and take out my order because there are no more available vacant tables - but, it's okay. A full dining place is a happy place, and, I'm really happy...
Read moreFor three consecutive visits to the Jollibee Bolton Branch, the service has been disappointing. We ordered at 8:40 PM for DINE and were served at 10:03 PM. If we hadn't followed up, we might have waited even longer. Upon ordering, we clearly requested wing parts, but the cashier initially said they were unavailable. After 30 minutes, she indicated that they would be available if we could wait, so we agreed.
However, when we checked the time again, it had been more than 30 minutes, and our order still hadn’t arrived. We waited a little longer, and around 9:40 PM, we still hadn’t received our order, so I followed up. When I inquired, they again claimed that there were no wing parts available. How could you let your customers wait for more than an hour for nothing?
We placed our order at 8:40 PM and were served at 10:03 PM. On our way home, we also noticed a missing item from our order, requiring us to return once more. We love Jollibee, but this level of service is unacceptable. This incident has occurred not once, not twice, but three times! at the...
