GOOD WINGS THE PREMIER — Restaurant in Davao City

I visited the branch with the family to celebrate. The ambiance is ok. It was early then so we had to occupy the seats inside. Their alfresco spot is available as well. They've got this super cute pitcher of cold water 😁 readily packed pair of plastic gloves for binging and lakas maka susyal water goblets.

ORDERED 🍗 3 alacarte, 5pcs wings dishes: classic, buffalo with honey and cheese, and craqueline salted egg wings. My son had their P320 unli flavored wing set that comes with a 6 flavored set starter with rice. And I added a bowl of P299 ceasar's salad. BEST 👍 accommodating staff, good time with family and food. Our food are served fresh. We didn't wait too long to eat. We loved that the wings are not too oily. Their honey cheezy bacon and buttergarlic are great. Their ranch dip is also very appealing to most of their chix flavor. It's also nice that their unli bundle serves 6 different flavors, each with 3pc wings. NOT SO.. 👎 I love the salted egg flavor in any dish. However, Good Wings' salted egg flavor is "so so" for my pallete. The distinct salted egg flavor does not stand out. Their salad not recommendable. The crouton toppings are stale, the salad is also wilted and soaking in dressing. Lastly, their extra dip costs extra P25.00 - hopeful they add a little bit more per serving. If you order alacarte, you only get a single served dip. We only got to taste the ranch. During our visit there was a number of items unavailable - we visited on a Saturday, 1030am.

I walked in today at around 8:45 pm. I sat down with my date, we ordered and then proceeded to speak as we sat and waited for our meal. As we are sitting, both of us hear the two cooks in the back kitchen calling me the N word. (bc I am a black American) They said the N word about 4-5 times loud enough so that it caught my attention. I asked my date if she heard what I heard and she said the guy looked directly at her, said it again and laughed. So I approached the small window with respect, asking them who of the two are saying it. They both froze and went on to say that they did not say anything. I was stern in my tone telling them I heard what they said and would like for them to repeat it. One of the cooks proceeded to say he was sorry for it while the other continued to lie to my face in denial. I told them what they did was unprofessional in a customer service setting. This establishment lacks respects to its customers of other ethnicities. What did I do to deserve blatant RACISM and harassment? I hope you this is reviewed by leadership and dealt with...

Upon ordering, the staff told us they the unli wings is currently not available. We had to leave and look for another place. When we returned a few weeks after, we called the place beforehand to make sure that the unli wings is already back on the menu. But when we arrived and began to order, the staff said that their unli wings is not available again. We asked the staff to verify it with the manager since we called just a few minutes ago and they already confirmed it. After around 5-10 minutes, the staff came back and said we can order the unli wings. There is a serious communication issue within the management. How is it that the product itself is available but the unli offering is not? They market themselves as a place for unli wings but there are times when they just offer ala carte...
