Upon entering, I was instructed to use the kiosk to place my order. Once I completed the process, the kiosk provided a number and displayed the message, "Please claim it at monitor 2." I saw that my order was already waiting to be shown on the monitorâgreat, right? Wrong. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I was told that I actually needed to go to the counter to get a beeper before my order could even be processed. This felt like a complete waste of time, especially since the system seemed to suggest my food was almost ready.
The kiosk setup, which seemed like it would streamline the ordering process, only added confusion and frustration. It was unclear, and the entire experience felt disorganized. Whatâs the point of having a number ready to go if the actual process requires an extra step that isn't communicated upfront? To make matters worse, the server at the counter didnât seem to care, even after I explained what needed to be done.

The downside : Not so much car parking at the front of this establishment, it can be hard to find a space during...
Read moreYou really can't go wrong with chicken joy, spaghetti and burger steak. I frequent this branch as it is close to my house. The 2 star rating is for their drive thru. They messed up our order twice already. The first time was when I ordered a spicy chicken joy but they served me the non spicy one. The second one was when we ordered a bucket chicken we specifically gave an instruction that it was supposed to be only thigh or breast part. No leg part and half would be spicy and the other half not spicy. Imagine our dismay when we opened the bucket at home to find 4 thigh part and 4 leg part and no...
