Very mediocre. I've eaten there probably 10 times, and maybe 1/3rd of the time, everything is hot and fresh.The rest of the time, it's a mixed bag, temperature wise. It is always either slow, or REALLY slow, even when no one is in the store in the morning.
Today, went to get a Quarter pounder and some other stuff. Crowd was medium sized, several tables open, so not swamped at all. 20 minutes later, we went to the counter as we were tired of waiting and they gave us everything but the Quarter Pounder, because "it is on the grill". The other stuff, fries, etc was already COLD because it had set there for 20 minutes. Not cool-like, but cold. So 10 minutes after that, I went back to the counter. They said they don't have any quarter pounders. You can't make this stuff up.
They offered a triple cheeseburger, which isn't a valid substitute, but after more than 30 minutes of waiting, I just wanted to eat and go get my errands done. They brought it out after 5 minutes. It was barely warm (the cheese corners were actually cold). This is a serious management problem, not an employee problem. It is like the managers have no training on how to actually do their job. I have experienced the bad service. I entered the branch and immediately used their kiosk and placed my order. When I used their cashless checkout, their machine didn't work. It timed out when QR or card is used. I asked a crew to assist, and they told me to go to the cashier area.
After placing my order again, I waited at the claiming area since there was no long queue. I was the only one at the claiming area.
Tick, tock... They have been serving new customers and my order haven't arrived yet.
After 23 minutes, I asked for an update on my order. Since it is a fast food place, I would expect to have the order done within 5 minutes. They checked my order, and it hasn't been prepared. It was not in their queue. How could that ever happen in this fast food.
If I didn't ask for an update, I would never get my order.
