I used to love this place before Covid pandemic. You can stay and do your work online with their fast wifi and laptop/cellphone charging is free. But not all Taps &Mix branches are like this. Their Savemore Malakas branch has additonal fee for laptop charging. The food are so delicious and very affordable. Friendly and very accommodating staff. But now that it is Covid, it is dreadful. When you order food you just have to check on their order sheet and your food will be serve in disposable utensils and plates. The food seems microwave reheated and they don't serve service water anymore so you are to order bottled water. Then they will serve you your food in a tray and you are on your own. I know they are doing things properly in the right way and they are protecting their staff. But for me personally, it is kind of insulting, I felt I have the disease...
Read moreThe place is open 24 hours so in my opinion the place is well maintained. The food is ok. The name speaks for itself that it serves breakfast meals. A meal is pretty much not so much for a serving, just enough to fill you. For short, if you are a big eater this place is not quite a place for you (just order some extra rice). The place is cozy and i like the lighting, the mood is relaxing. It does not impose a fastfood like scenario. So don't expect a fast serving. The place offers inside and outside tables. So you can choose to have aircon or outside the fresh air. The place is not crowded and it is not located just side by the road, it has some parking spaces in front. In overall if want to have a good food and good place why not try taps...
Read moreA 24-hour diner that is a hit among students and late nite owls of Gensan, this place serves very affordable meals of the tapsi kind and more. Most dishes are paired with rice and/or soup and cost not more than P100. The place can get crowded at lunch and dinner time although it can also get cramped at late weekend nights. There is free wifi that leaves much to be desired most of the time. Bestsellers are their pork chops and anything pork. Its clients are the younger set, that's why. For me, i am recommending its healthy law-uy or veggie soup, dinengdeng served with dilis. Leave out the sotanghon soup. It's bland. But try their mango float. A lot of...
